Description
Taking advantage of an extreme slope, and first line commanding views of the Pacific Ocean, the house is distributed in three half level arrangements around a light and stair core. The plan maximizes the south-west orientation, and distributes all the circulation around the core. The profile of the roof line is then kept continuous to poduce the most unique effect, making all the ceilings in every room different; and allowing fo the occupation of the roof as a tiled terrace.
